This return and refund policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, Canada, United
Kingdom, Germany, Japan and Australia.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of
receiving your purchase.
Returns must meet certain conditions:
● Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
● Unused.
● With tags.
● In its original packaging.
● You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For customers located outside the United States (including Canada, United Kingdom, Germany,
Japan and Australia), please contact our support team before sending the item back. Our team
will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address if necessary.
If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label or instructions on how and
where to send your package. We do not accept returns that have not been pre-approved.

Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please
contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
In such cases, xoofly may provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the
situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

● Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
● Personal care products (such as beauty products).
● Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item and purchase a new one
when the return is accepted.
EU & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union (including Germany) and the United Kingdom,
customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a
reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Items must be in original
condition as listed above.
International Returns
For customers located in Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan and Australia, return
shipping costs may vary depending on the return reason and local shipping carrier.
● If the return is due to product defects, damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, xoofly will
cover the return shipping costs.
● If the return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer may
be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item. If approved, the refund will
be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you have not received
your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at
